- About Me: I'm a composer, orchestrator, and conductor with over twenty years experience composing scores for independent film and video projects as well as working with local artists in live concert performances and recording projects. He was an instructor at the famed GROVE SCHOOL OF MUSIC in Los Angeles where he received his education in composing, arranging, and film scoring, and served as the orchestra director for SADDLEBACK CHURCH for twenty years.
Current projects include the cable TV mini-series WINDS OF DAKOTA. Recent projects include composing and orchestrating for Walt Disney Records’ film library; co-producing a CD of the songs from FROZEN, which earned GOLD RECORD status having sold 500,000 copies; co-producing CDs of the songs from MOANA and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST; and composing the score for several faith-based and secular indy film projects.
As an arranger and musician he has provided musical services for COLTON DIXON, DIANA ROSS. PAT BENATAR, JOE COCKER, BILL MEDLEY, jazz musicians STAN GETZ and VICTOR FELDMAN, CHITA RIVERA, TONY TENNILLE, MAUREEN MCGOVERN, SMOKEY ROBINSON, THE TEMPTATIONS, TV host STEVE ALLEN, The Air Force TOPS IN BLUE including work with comedian BOB HOPE, and many others. As an educator his students have included Abe Laboriel, Jr. (PAUL MCCARTNEY BAND, LADY GAGA), award winning songwriter Paul Baloche, and actor Bruce Greenwood (NATIONAL TREASURE 2). He’s also had the privilege of teaching the children and family members of noted celebrities ROBERT GOULET and CAROL LAWRENCE, Broadway producer JOSH LOGAN, film director SIDNEY POLLACK and rock musician KEVIN CRONAN of REO Speedwagon.
