I am wanting to take the time to share my experiences, recipes, and knowledge of food and also, running a place of business from the time the doors opens until the last guest leaves the building. I am a family man with a wife of going on eight years now and a little boy who just turned seven. Believe me when I tell you, being a chef is hard on a family and the body itself but it is truly rewarding when you finally make it big and find that dream job every chef dreams about, for me it took a strange turn. I am working for a company called Holiday and I’m working in an Assistant Retirement Living Center. Who would of thought it is the best job a chef could have. Truly rewarding and the best part is Everything is made from Scratch. I literally feel like I’m in culinary school all over again ... The most fun I have ever had and seeing the smiles on the Elderly after a great meal truly makes me happy and excited that I made their day just by tasting my food.
