- About Me: My abstract paintings and hand pulled prints are inspired by my love of familiar landscapes. I grew up in a rural village in the North Yorkshire Moors and am still captivated by the ever-changing mood of the moors; its prehistoric standing stones, vibrant heathers and peat stained copper streams. I often travel to West Cornwall to paint and draw its craggy outcrops and hidden harbours. I take my sketchbook and camera with me wherever I go capturing fractured and fossilised rocks, cerulean seas, rusty facades and smoothly eroded quaysides.
