I then followed through with a further two years of study in Family and Marital Therapy.
My interest in Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy motivated me to study further and I achieved a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy then travelled to London, England to undertake more advanced studies in Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
Whilst in London, I graduated with a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and also achieved my Masterclass Certificate in Quit Smoking.
My interest in Health Psychology has continued to grow and I am an Accredited Hypnotherapist for the ‘Virtual’ Gastric Band Hypnotherapy Weight Loss Programme which is a revolutionary approach to weight loss and from clinical studies conducted in the UK (and supported by the UK National Health Service) is extremely successful in helping people lose weight.
I have travelled extensively interstate and overseas to attend conferences, seminars and workshops to undertake specialised training in a variety of areas, e.g.
Health Psychology, Sexual Counselling, Trauma, Pain Management, Anger Management, Social Phobia, Parenting Teenagers, Quit Smoking, Weight Loss, and much more.
I have also studied Business Management and understand the Corporate World extremely well which is beneficial to employers as I also offer an Employee Support Service.
My personal goal is to help you transform your life to achieve the life that you want to live so that you can become a happier, more contented person.
