- About Me: Karina Porushkevich is a former professional tennis player from Ukraine whom turned pro at the young age of 16 ,and one of the top 4 girls in the USA chosen to compete on behalf of the United States Team in the Maureen Connolly Brinker Cup held in Melbourne,Australia .Karina's drive to learn and desire to receive a top notch education in the US led her to accept an athletic scholarship to attend Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University where she took on the top spot on the NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Team. In just three years , Karina earned her BS degree in Management and attained her Real Estate Agent license to continue advancing her knowledge in a range of diverse business markets including hospitality,restaurant,real estate,retail,and of course tennis.
