- About Me: I'm a chef who has worked in gastro pubs to fine dining restaurants as well as doing plenty of work experience in some of the most celebrated establishments all across the UK - places such as Raymond Blanc's 'Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons', Michel Roux Jr's 'Roux at Parliament Square' and Gordan Ramsay's 'Restaurant Gordon Ramsay'.
This experience I have gained really has opened my eyes and given me a strong love of cooking. The flavours, the visual drama on a plate, the joy you can feel after eating, everything. I just wanted to share my views on places that I have eaten out at, now whether they are good venues or bad, I hope to encourage more people to dine out.
