- About Me: Greetings and ALOHA!! My name is Mike Gangi. I am now attending Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL and working on my Bachelor's Degree in Audio Engineering. I would like to take what I have learned from my experiences in Naval acoustics, bartending, live performance, promotion, marketing, songwriting, etc. and learn the TRADE of music. It's my last endeavor in making my knowledge complete. I intend to focus on Sound Design for Film and Audio Post-Production.
I'm still chasing my dream of song, but it's tough to find the time. I'll never stop writing. I'm in the process of purchasing recording equipment and have been actively searching for a new person to play live shows with in my down time. Keeping it real and keeping it an enjoyable hobby for now.
As many of you all know...I'm a very sociable guy. I'm Italian as hell, ready to live life to the fullest, and what not. I collect tiki mugs and other “Polynesian paraphernalia.” I am an avid songwriter and recordist. Last, but not least, I love my family and my true friends. You realize how important the little things are in places like nervous breakdowns and military lifestyles. I now know just how special they really are to me. I wouldn't be who I am today if it wasn't for each and every individual's tireless support, faith, love, respect, and honesty. Thanks to all of ya'. The fabric of my life wouldn't be the warm blanket it has become without you.
