- About Me: We may have next, but are we prepared for our time of leadership? The Nextgen Leadership campaign takes after its parent organization, The Daniel Initiative, in its charge to help a generation whose callings lead them outside of the traditional "four walls of the church". Successful current leaders and future emerging leaders will convene, via teleconferencing and blog forums, to find practical solutions to the problems that next generation leaders will encounter. From social issues, to policy issues, or spiritual issues, no topic will be excluded from the table. This forum engages in hard and meaningful teaching, considering the essential link that ties passion, profession, and calling together to produce innovative ministry. Participants will find that their profession might just be their calling, and will contemplate practical solutions to move forward in life. Essentially this community focuses less on pulpit ministry but places the greater emphasis on marketplace vocations. If you are a person who sees your active Christian faith through the lens of your profession then this is the group for you. All emerging leaders welcome!
