After more than 20 years of working in the commercial art field, Rebecca is now a full time artist. She is a member of various art guilds and professional organizations and has work displayed in many private collections.
In addition, Rebecca and her husband have started a 501(c)(3) public charity through which she uses her gift of art to make a difference in the lives of families with terminally ill children. She has known since she was young that art was the gift God granted her for this life is journey and she wants to use this gift to bless and comfort others. She wants her work to reflect the beauty of God and she hopes it brings joy and inspiration to those who see it.
Trained as an illustrator, Rebecca has explored and is proficient in several media. She does a variety of subject matter, but is particularly drawn to street scenes and people in everyday life settings. Rebecca is also an avid sketchbook artist using this skill as the lens to view the world in new ways and teaching others how to find their own creative voice through the art of sketching.
