- About Me: I am writer, reader, and lover of cats (almost all animals for that matter, although multi-legged, scaly and leathery types I admire from a distance). I worked for nearly 30 years in the newspaper industry, primarily as a copy-editor, but also doing stints as a writer and designer. I am interested in astronomy, science, issues in faith and spirituality (but can't be bothered by religion).
