- About Me: My name is Rock Ronald Rozario. I was born in Dhaka on May 24, 1985 but I grew up at Catholic parish in Rangamatia of Gazipur district near Dhaka. My education took place in Gazipur and Dhaka respectively. In my childhood I wanted to become a Catholic priest. So, I entered seminary life for religious formations in January 12, 1999 and stayed there up to November 22, 2007. Then I changed my mind and decided to leave this life. From July 11, 2008 to May 31, 2010 I've worked as the Editorial Assistant for Bangladesh Bureau of Bangkok-based UCA News, the largest Catholic news agency in Asia. On June 1, 2010 UCA News appointed me as the Head of Operations in the country. Besides, I’ve been studying for M.A. in English (Literature) and also involved with Catholic youth and communications services in Bangladesh through Episcopal Commission for Youth and Dhaka Archdiocesan Social Communications Commission, as an Executive Committee member and Commission member respectively. I like reading books, literature, music, movies, sports, news of home and abroad, culture, exploring internet, politics and romance. Occasionally, I write stories and essays for different magazines.
