I’ve lost loved ones to cancer, as well as suicide. I also have personally suffered from anxiety, depression, phobias and panic attacks for pretty much my entire life. I plan to dive into the realms that most people are afraid to talk about due to the high stigma associated with mental illness. I’m living proof that you truly can get through anything!
