My experience covers a range of industries - Fitness, Sports Therapy, Government, Industrial, Information Technology, Consulting, and Banking. In every industry I have tended to gravitate towards the human side of the business - coaching and mentoring colleagues and teams. This has sparked my move to start Setanta Consulting specialising in professional coaching and leadership training.
Outside of professional coaching and leadership training I have two girls who take up most of my time and, when I can, I fit in a run and cycle and dream of the day he can compete in my third Ironman event.
