- About Me: Gregg Matthew Goldfarb has been practicing civil litigation and representing hundreds of medical providers, large banks, small businesses and individuals in their various legal matters for nearly two decades. Mr. Goldfarb has recovered tens of millions of dollars from insurance companies for his clients and has prosecuted well over 3000 legal cases in state and federal courts.
Mr. Goldfarb received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Amplifying his law school education, Mr. Goldfarb had the honor to serve as an intern in four institutions of note: the Florida House of Representatives, the Office of Miami Dade County Public Defender, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Florida Supreme Court under Justice (later Chief Justice) Gerald Kogan.
Mr. Goldfarb has extensive experience in a variety of complicated civil litigation areas, including insurance, health care, products liability, class actions, civil rights and Qui Tam (“whistle blower”) claims.
Active in civic affairs, Mr. Goldfarb founded Clean Miami River, Inc. (1991), a non-profit organization designed to clean and restore the Miami River. He has served on the board of directors of the Center for Independent Living, a non-profit organization designed to assist those with disabilities for nearly a decade.
