- About Me: Jocelyn Predovich, President and CEO of Limetree Lending Group, graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and computer information systems. She then pursued a career as an international marketing strategist for Agilent Technologies (Hewlett Packard) in Loveland, Colorado.
After spending five years in the high-tech industry, Jocelyn had the opportunity to fulfill an interest in sales and finance by pursuing a career as a licensed mortgage consultant in the residential mortgage industry. Early in her mortgage career, Jocelyn was fortunate to mentor under several successful mortgage business owners. During this time she honed the skills necessary to become a successful leader in the lending industry.
After helping hundreds of satisfied clients, Jocelyn sought the next step in her longtime career goals and began to build a company founded on the principals she learned early in life and still exhibits today. Having dealt with the loss of her mom, grandma and aunt to breast cancer, Jocelyn finds every opportunity to actively support and volunteer in the awareness of breast cancer prevention.
As a big fan of the diverse downtown Denver culture, Jocelyn and her husband Brock are currently renovating their early-1900s home in that area. Jocelyn is a yoga enthusiast and loves spending time in the Colorado outdoors, taking advantage of the hiking and biking trails as often as possible.
