I am a recovered ‘Stereotypical Shallow Man’.
You may ask yourself what is a Stereotypical Shallow Man…..this term which I have coined, can likely be applied to almost every man out there. By definition, and by which I once described myself, a Stereotypical Shallow Man is one that manipulates and essentially tricks women into falling for his lies of hope and future relations.
Numerous Online Dating Websites were my chosen tool for this manipulation (jdate.com, Match.com, pletyoffish.com, etc.). I wasn’t just good at playing the role of a Stereotypical Shallow Man, I was incredible at it! I found pride in the conquests I had and the stories I walked away with.
This all came to an end when I met the women of my dreams and the love of my life on Match.com. I am now married – living proof that online dating does work.
As a now recovered Stereotypical Shallow Man I have decided to make amends (and maybe avoid the flames of purgatory) for all those women I have hurt by sharing the inner workings of my brain, which quite frankly does not differ much from any other man. My goal and the reason for this blog is to provide you with the necessary ammo to arm yourself from the hazards of online dating, more specifically the Stereotypical Shallow Man.
