I spent my working life as a teacher, so it's important to me to pass on knowledge to other people who might benefit from my experience. That's what this site is for.
My idea of fun is asking basic questions about things that most people don't worry about. This means I'm only impressed by traditions that are actually helpful - which quite a lot are, of course. As a guitar maker it means that I look for new things to do rather than following along with what tradition suggests is right.
