I also own and operate Integrity Homebuilding Solutions and I am Operations Manager for a custom homebuilder in CNY.
I have worked in residential and light commercial construction since 1972. I have worked as; laborer, subcontractor, field supervisor, sales rep, construction consultant, and operations manager. Employers include a large national production builder, local custom builders and an entrepreneurial builder in Warsaw, Poland.
My area of specialty includes the design and implementation of low cost systems to improve the homebuilding process for the builder and buyer.
I believe good ideas have no ownership, and that by sharing and building on good ideas, we can raise the bar in our industry and set ourselves apart.
