- About Me: I am a human rights lawyer from Puerto Rico. Just recently obtained a Master in Human Security from the Fletcher School. Currently, I am living in Washington DC with my husband and am looking for jobs in public policy, related to human rights issues. Geographically, I am interested in Latin American issues, mostly Central America and the Caribbean. Although, at Fletcher many of my courses had strong enphasis on mideastern and african studies.
I am the third of four brothers and sisters. No kids so far, but some day I will love to become a mom. In the meantime I am enjoying my nephews imaginative thinking and strong energy. The youngest of my nieces is Natalia, she's 1 year and 2 months. She is the most beautiful baby I have known, and she has down syndrome. Her way of doing things and amazing strengh have actually impacted my perspective on life. Generally speaking, I think we would be better off having more people like her around us in this fragile planet of ours.
