- About Me: Jerilyn grew up in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea, raised by missionary parents who wanted to be part of God’s work around the world. Jerilyn caught the global vision early, becoming the eager missionary kid who loved sharing about life overseas. The needs Jerilyn saw gave her a passion for holistic care. Jerilyn is earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Cedarville University in Ohio and will graduate in 2014. She is intrigued with the concept of what it means to be a Christian who engages with God and current world issues while celebrating the life of the mind. She has served as a Resident Assistant and enjoys traveling, reading, and outdoor adventures.
