- About Me: when I was four years old I told my mother I buttered toast better than she did. And from that point we new I was going to be a chef. Not long after I adopted 3 thai step sisters introducing me to salty, sour, sweet and spicy. I remember watching dirty dancing and big trouble in little china while chewing on dried squid at 8 years old. And so it continued. I ended up working for 3 Mobile five star restaurants and 3 james beard award winning chefs. Currently stuck in an amazing gig in the corporate chef realm to support my family. This is my attempt to cook my food my way. And an escape route into my future. Right now... It is hard core, old school italian cuisine. Welcome into my world.
