Experience in preparing training needs analysis, training schedules and calendar. According to the business needs, modules are designed & developed from time to time. Training is largely on attitudinal and behavioural training across domains on various skills like Corporate Etiquette, Effective Communication, Assertiveness, Work Ethics, Stress Management, Leadership, Team Work, Time Management, etc.
Various interventions included experiential learning through on-the-floor observation, hand-holding exercises, mock role plays customised to business need, exercises and activities best suited to adult learning method. Also, has experience in out-bound training programs like team building, team work, team energizing, etc.
