- About Me: I am passionate about great food, cooking, traveling, writing, and sharing those passions with my husband, children and friends. As a wife, and the mother of 2 teen girls, inspiration comes daily, and our family adventures in life are my souls greatest joy.
Prior to becoming a mother, I worked in the special events industry, working as an event organizer. Shortly after the birth of her my first child Haile, I found it increasingly difficult to be apart from her and made the decision with my husband to put it all behind me and focus on motherhood. I fully embraced that role and journey and now 11 years and another child, my sweet Nia, later; I can't imagine my life any other way.
In 2010, my journey led to the creation of the Kids Can Cook Show, and together my girls and I enjoying engaging, inspiring, educating and motivating kids everywhere to learn to cook.
I look forward to engaging other moms, sharing, learning and growing.
