Subliminal Messages by CPC: A Psy-Trance Punch to the Face Alright, let’s cut the crap. If you’re into Psy-Trance and haven’t heard Subliminal Messages by CPC yet, you’re either living under a rock or just plain lazy. Released in 2009 via No Comment Records (Poland repping hard!), this album is like getting hit with a techno sledgehammer while riding a laser beam through your brain. Yeah, it’s that wild. First off, creds where they’re due—Vlad Radostavin did everything from writing to producing to mastering. Dude didn’t just make an album; he built a sonic war machine. And shoutout to Frankfurt Terroristikz Grafixz for the artwork—it’s as trippy as the music itself. Psychedelic vibes? Check. Mind-melting beats? Double check. Now, onto the tracks. With twelve jams on deck, there’s no filler here, but two stood out like neon signs in a blackout: “Cycle” and “Squadazm.” Let me break it down. “Cycle” slaps harder than your ex when you forget their birthday. It kicks off with this hypnotic bassline that worms its way into your skull faster than you can say "psychedelic." By the time those swirling synths kick in, you're not listening anymore—you're living it. This track isn’t background noise; it’s front-and-center chaos, perfect for losing yourself at 3 AM in some warehouse rave. You feel me? Then there’s “Squadazm,” which feels like being chased by robots programmed to party. The buildups are relentless, and the drops? Bruh, they hit like a freight train full of glitter bombs. Every beat punches harder than the last, and before you know it, you're fist-pumping so hard your arm might fall off. Not even joking. The rest of the album keeps the energy cranked to eleven. Tracks like “Kopenhagen” and “Secrets” bring their own flavor, but nothing sticks quite like “Cycle” and “Squadazm.” They’re not just songs—they’re experiences. Like, I still catch myself zoning out whenever these tracks come on shuffle. That’s how deep they burrow into your psyche. So what’s the verdict? Subliminal Messages isn’t just another Psy-Trance album—it’s a masterclass in controlled chaos. Vlad Radostavin didn’t just create music here; he crafted weapons of mass euphoria. Listening to this feels like mainlining pure adrenaline while someone throws strobe lights in your face. But hey, here’s the kicker: if aliens ever invade Earth, we should blast this album at them. Either they’ll surrender immediately because it’s too much for their puny alien ears, or they'll start raving. Either way, win-win.
