Nobody does it better than Stanley Clarke. Only complaint, it's too short ?just when you get into it, it's over.
awesome piece of music!
Steve Gadd's lesson in snare drum dynamics.

Awesome track don't know why Stanley Clark doesn't pull this one out more when on tour....maybe because no one can play it like Gadd.
This track goes!
MS Word 95 Clip art though?

@211bill -17 years old??
1976. How old were you back then ???
Can anyone tell me... not one person has mentioned that the song' hot fun' is from the 'modern man' lp and is in my opinion better then this version. The version I am speaking of seems a little slowed down some one counts at the beggining you know 1... 2... 3.... it's really funky! I have never heard it on you tube does anyone else remember the version of hot fun I'm speaking about???, Thank you.
the song on the modern man album was a sequel call More Hot Fun!! although it sound alike it had vocals and was a little more pop appeal to it
@saketorasan

Mort from family guy, tearing up that saxophone solo, look there's even a Star of David on the sax

The live version on "I Want To Play For You" is bad as hell, but this one really funky!
This..along with the closing tune...is one of my ALL-TIME UBER-MEGA-ULTRA RAVE-FAVES from the *classic* "School Days" LP!
