Dissilient - Coral

Coral by Dissilient: A Noise-Fueled Assault on the Senses If you’re looking for something that’ll rattle your skull and mess with your brain, Coral by Dissilient is it. Released in 2014 under Sewer Mutant Records, this album doesn’t fuck around—it’s raw, chaotic, and unapologetically abrasive. Chris Bilecki and Paul Markus are the mad scientists behind this noise-electronic beast, and they don’t care if you can handle it or not. Let’s dive into two tracks that stick out like a sore thumb—or maybe more like a bruised eardrum. First up, “Untitled 3.” This one hits hard from the get-go, throwing jagged synths at you like broken glass through a storm. It’s relentless, man. The layers of distortion feel like crawling through static, but somehow it all makes sense. You won’t forget this track because it’s got teeth—it gnaws on your patience until there’s nothing left. It’s ugly, sure, but damn if it ain’t compelling. Then there’s “Untitled 1,” which flips the script just enough to keep things interesting. Instead of pure chaos, this one feels calculated—like someone took apart an old TV and stitched its guts back together wrong. There’s a pulsing rhythm buried deep in the mess, almost hypnotic if you let it grab hold of you. But don’t relax too much; every time you think you’ve got it figured out, some new layer of filth slams into the mix. It’s disorienting as hell, but that’s kinda the point. The rest of the tracks follow suit—dark, punishing soundscapes that refuse to play nice. Untitled bullshit aside, these songs aren’t meant to comfort you. They’re here to challenge, provoke, and maybe even piss you off. And honestly? That’s what makes them work so well. So yeah, Coral isn’t for everyone. If you want melodies and lyrics, go somewhere else. But if you crave sonic warfare disguised as art, give this a spin. Just don’t say I didn’t warn ya—it’s not exactly dinner party material. Here’s the kicker though: listening to this album feels less like entertainment and more like therapy for people who hate themselves (in a good way?). Fucked up, right?

Interesting fact about Album

Here’s something cool: The album *Coral* by Dissilient is a wild ride of experimental noise. Released in 2014 on Sewer Mutant Records, it’s the brainchild of Chris Bilecki and Paul Markus. What’s fascinating? None of the tracks have actual names—they’re all just numbered, like “Untitled 1,” “Untitled 2,” and so on. It’s as if the music speaks for itself, no labels needed. Pure electronic chaos from the US, and fans of noise seem to love it.
