It’s got enough grit to make you want to wear all black for a week but also enough melody to keep things catchy. The band hails from both the US and Germany, which kinda makes sense—there’s something about their sound that feels like a mix of American swagger and European gloom. Let’s talk tracks. First up, “The Devil’s Ark.” Yeah, it’s listed three times on the album (oops?), but honestly? That just proves how unforgettable it is. The basslines, courtesy of Chris Harms, are so thick you could slice ‘em. And when those heavy riffs kick in, it’s like being hit by a truck—if that truck was painted matte black and driven by someone wearing combat boots. This song sticks with me because it’s not just loud; it’s got attitude. You can practically hear the sneer in the vocals as they deliver lines dripping with sarcasm and rebellion.
